 The U-LOG is a card-shaped device made from a robust material which can accompany any device through all of its processing cycles - washing, cleaning, autoclaving etc. - so that the two components are always closely associated.
The instrument/device to be monitored can be identified on the U-LOG (using a permanent marker or suitable adhesive label) and each cycle is recorded by 'pressing-out' a pre-punched hole until a predetermined number of holes has been accumulated. U-LOG will assist your compliance with EEC Directive 93/42, MDA Safety Notice SN 9815 and the record keeping requirements of your quality management and traceability systems.
